Within the scope of the project, three key international guides in the field of business and human rights have been translated into Turkish by BHRTR: “Access to Remedy in Cases of Business-Related Human Rights Abuse: A Practical Guide for Non-State-Based Grievance Mechanisms”, “Gender Dimensions of the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights”, and “Children’s Rights and Business Principles”.

“United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights” and “The Corporate Responsibility to Respect Human Rights: An Interpretive Guide” has been translated into Turkish by BHRTR, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme Turkey and Etkiniz European Union Programme; within the scope of the “Business and Human Rights: Promoting Responsible Conduct Project” initiated by UNDP and the Government of Japan in 2022 and being implemented in 17 countries, including Türkiye.

The project “Strengthening Civil Society Actors’ Awareness and Capacity on Business and Human Rights”, carried out by BHRTR, aimed to raise awareness of mandatory human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD) regulations, particularly the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz – LkSG) and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
