Human Rights Impact and Risk Assessment in Agricultural Supply Chains

In order to ensure human rights compliance in the agricultural supply chain of local and foreign companies and to address sector-specific human rights risks, Minerva conducted supply chain mapping and human rights impact and risk assessments by prioritising child protection, decent work practices, occupational health and safety, and gender equality.

Within the scope of these endeavours, rigorous risk analyses were conducted to pinpoint human rights risks and violations present in the relevant supply chains. To proactively mitigate these risks, Minerva organised specialised capacity building training sessions tailored for various actors in the supply chain.
