Within the scope of the 9.3.b objective of the Action Plan, it was stated that taking into consideration the UNGPs, a national set of guiding principles with regard to business and work life would be prepared and awareness-raising activities would be conducted. In this context, the National Guidelines on Working Life were published by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/turkish-labour-inspection-board\/\" data-attribute-index=\"0\" data-entity-type=\"MINI_COMPANY\">T.C. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/a>) on 29 November 2022.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221; column_border_width=&#8221;none&#8221; column_border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; bg_image_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">National Guidelines on Working Life sets out the following principles:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The obligation to respect human rights in labour relations is based on internationally recognized human rights.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There shall be no discrimination at work.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forced labour is prohibited.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The State and social stakeholders shall take and implement the necessary measures to eliminate child labour.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Appropriate preventive and corrective measures shall be taken to prevent discrimination and human rights violations in labour relations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The employer is obliged to take the necessary measures to prevent discriminatory practices in the labour relationship.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The employer shall determine and implement appropriate internal policies to ensure that the right to work is used in a safe manner.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Social dialogue mechanisms should be operated in the regulations put into effect by the State on collective bargaining and freedom of association, and the employer should implement the regulations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221; The employer is obliged to take the necessary measures to prevent discriminatory practices in the labour relationship.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10. Current obligations based on green growth and decent work in labour life shall be considered.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.
