Bilge Aydede is a civil society professional with experience in the development and implementation of rights-based programmes. Her areas of expertise include project and field coordination, resource mobilisation, stakeholder management, monitoring and evaluation, and communications.

 

Her work focuses particularly on improving access to rights and support mechanisms for children, young people, women, and vulnerable groups. In the seasonal agriculture sector, she has contributed to field-based activities across the rose and hazelnut supply chains, focusing on the prevention of child labour, addressing risks faced by young workers, women’s empowerment, and the monitoring of working conditions.

 

She has also worked with various civil society organisations in programme management, resource mobilisation, field operations, and the strengthening of organisational processes. She currently continues her work in resource mobilisation within the civil society sector and contributes to BHRTR as a project consultant.
